Registering for participation on and/or using any of ICNLI's website features and functions is voluntary. Your registration and/or use of ICNLI's website features constitutes a binding agreement by the user with ICNLI to abide by ICNLI's rules and guidelines and to abide by any and all future amendments to the rules and guidelines. ICNLI's rules and guidelines are subject to change without notice. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use frequently for updates.
Disallowed Posts. Participants may not: upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is copyright protected, unlawful, harmful, slanderous, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
ALL posts on ICNLI forums and site are copyright protected. Any content uploaded to ICNLI becomes ICNLI property. No information may be copied from ICNLI and posted elsewhere on ICNLI or any other website without written and express permission form ICNLI.
Pulling posts. ICNLI reserves the right to pull any posting that ICNLI, in its sole discretion, believes violates the spirit or intention of these guidelines or doing so is otherwise in the best interests of ICNLI.
User Name: Search engines often pick up names from posts on these types of Blogs. Caution should be used if you use your real name, part of your email address, or your email address for your user name. Any username deemed to be inappropriate may be deleted and/or result in permanent banning.
Email Address: It is up to you to always make sure that there is a working email address in your profile and that you are willing to receive admin emails. Being able to get emails from ICNLI is mandatory for using this website. If we get returned emails your participation may have to be suspended.
Privacy. We value your privacy. Registration information is NEVER sold, leased or loaned to anyone although we are often asked to do so. Truthful application with verifiable information is part of the agreement you make when you apply to interact on our forums. False or incomplete application information is grounds for immediate and permanent account suspension.
Suspensions: Participants may be suspended, in ICNLI's sole discretion, for any violation of these rules and guidelines or if doing so is considered in the best interests of ICNLI; Suspensions may be temporary, permanent or indefinite in ICNLI's sole discretion.
Impersonation. Participants may not impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an ICNLI official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. Participants may not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through ICNLI.
Registration information. All account and registration information on ICNLI's website belongs to ICNLI and not the individual users.
ICNLI reserves the right to revoke and terminate account and/or interactive registration at their discretion without notification for any reason.The information contained in this blog is based on the information provided by and representations made by the listed consultants.
